How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 24-72 business hours (may vary on high demanded products) to process your orders. After that, it will take 5 - 8 business days for Worldwide delivery (depending on location).

Refunds Policy
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, return costs and associated fees belong to the customer. This is the only way we can ship such small items worldwide for free.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@lidoria.us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
